Dinner party at the Four Elements Kirov Hotel

On June 11th, a gastronomic dinner was held in the KARIN restaurant of the Four Elements Kirov Hotel with the participation of eminent chefs from Moscow. The KARIN restaurant’s chef, Artem Starshinin, was composed of well-known Moscow colleagues Dmitry Bogatov and Yevgeny Melnik.

Dmitry Bogatov: third generation chef. Member of the National Culinary Association of Russia, member of the National Guild of Chefs of Russia, Member of the world's oldest gastronomes guild Chainedes Rotisseurs.
Presenter of the Useful Tips section of Channel One, chief expert of the Shopping with Chef category on Telekafe, chief expert of the Sign of Quality TV show on TVC. Participant and nominee of the Golden Knife award at the first All-Russian Festival of Russian Cuisine.

Yevgeny Melnik: Member of the National Guild of Chefs of Russia, Regional Judge of the World Board of Wacs, F & B expert in the state company for the development of the restaurant and hotel business. Participant in numerous molecular kitchen contests. Internship in Italy gourmet restaurant II Baretto in Florence 2 Michelin stars.

The guests of the evening were able to enjoy delicious dishes: snail lasagne with crayfish sauce, duck breast with forest cloudberries and dandelion honey, as well as an unusual dessert “Cranberry Pearl” candies.
Each serving of the dish was accompanied by original wine from the evening partners of the Wines of the World company. At the end of the evening, valuable prizes from the chefs and partners of the evening were raffled among the guests.
