Conditions of participation

The program of privileges 4E applies to all hotels in the Russian Federation. Get a discount on accommodation is possible by booking on the official website of the hotel, by phone or at the reception of the hotel. The discount is valid only by booking at an open rate, cant be combined with other discounts.

Discounts and loyalty card bonuses dont apply to group stays. Raising the category of rooms is possible only if there are free rooms at the time of check-in.

Complimentary early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and available on the day of arrival.
