Maslenitsa in Four Elements Hotels
Maslenitsa is a symbol of the end of winter and the beginning of spring, a holiday that came to us from pagan culture and preserved after the adoption of Christianity, the traditions of which were laid down in ancient times. The main feature of Maslenitsa is pancakes, which are baked all seven days, gorging on them as much as you like. And we were not an exception! Thin, but filling, sweet, but not too cloying, soft as velvet pancakes with all sorts of fillings, additions and toppings all week were the main characters and delicious decoration of all the restaurants of the Four Elements Hospitality chain. Not only our guests, but all employees forgot about the diet and succumbed to the carbohydrate temptation.
